Users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or creating content that violates any applicable laws, promotes illegal activities, or displays inappropriate material, including but not limited to nudity, explicit images, and drug-related content.
- Users are solely responsible for the content they create and upload. dvc.bio reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these terms or that, in our judgment, does not align with our community standards.
- The Site may not be used for activities that may offend or disturb other users. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, threats, discrimination, and any form of harassment.
- By accepting these terms, users acknowledge that they will adhere to any cultural guidelines set forth, including respecting appropriate content standards applicable in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
2. Privacy and Data Use
- dvc.bio respects users' privacy and is committed to protecting their data. Personal data, including names, email addresses, and any business information entered for digital card creation, is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without users' consent, except where required by law.
- The Site does not allow sharing of sensitive personal data or images deemed inappropriate, including nudity or any illegal content. Such content will be automatically flagged and removed, and the user may be permanently banned from the platform.
- For the protection of minors and in compliance with local regulations, dvc.bio does not allow accounts for users under the age of 18 without parental consent.
Violation of these terms may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban
